Reminder: a one-time $50 scholarship donation per vehicle is required to receive your specialty plate certificate. All gifts help to support UNC student scholarships, so additional contributions are always welcome.

The "Vehicle Titleholder(s)" field is required for us to issue the certificate. Please provide the name of the vehicle's legal titleholder in this field, regardless of who is paying for the license plate.

After your gift is processed (next business day), you will receive your certificate via email in 1-2 business days.
